You need a shock conversion kit from Diamond J customs in order to use the 450R shocks. The a-arms will bolt right up but you do need the kit above to make the longer shocs work.

 

That is the best / cost effective set up.

 

just use 400ex a-arms and 400 shock they bolt right up and u can put a 660r 01 raptor shock on the back to

that may be how your quad is, but the right way is to get the shock relocator kit. just simply bolting on the shocks will put them at the wrong axis

I'm a little confused.. I just got a used pair of 400ex shocks for my 300ex and while I do understand that I need to get one of these conversion kits from J Customs, do I have to get the 400ex A-Arms too?
