yeah - pump is gone, fairly easy replacement and about $150 from an online parts depot, if you lift the front of the machine high you don't even need to drain the oil. I'm surprised nobody offers an core exchange/rebuild service.

Yeah, fan cycles on and off like normal. The light has never come on to read that its running hot. Thats what had me wondering what could be wrong

Look under the water pump,and see if it has a nipple coming out of it with a vent line attached to it...If it does,and that is the hose the coolants coming from,then I'd say the pump is history as the seal is leaking out the weep hole,and will increase once the engine temps rise increasing the pressure in the cooling system,and that is why you see it being expelled out the hose...If it is,replace the water pump,flush the cooling system thoroughly while the pumps off,replace with Honda approved coolant,or an aftermarket waterless coolant which combats heat much faster,and better...:icon_ devil:

 

Welcome from the Volunteer state. The part that really bites is that the water pump isn't re-buildable, you have to purchase a new one once the seal inside is gone.
