PS70 , don't take my snow shoe pun seriously , they look great , I love unique things , and I doubt we will ever see another set like yours , maybe paint them hot orange like your muffler m that sucker is 'HOT" ! -------------------- I wish I would have waited two weeks for my floorboards to be pained white at the factory , I went against the very thing I told you about being a turtle and couldn't wait , I hate to paint them now as the factory paint job is really good , I think they are powered coated --------- isn't this stuff addictive ! personally I have just as much fun building as riding , just not much into repairs , lol

I just made these today for mine. I did have to cut out a section for the break but I feel like these floor boards are going to be super strong and do everything I need from them. Only took about 3 hours and made everything from scrap metal we had laying around.

Looks good! Two birds with one stone ..... Got rid of old scrap, and came out with some nice Mesh floorboards!

Those are real nice. Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing. I may be doing something similar to an old 250 utility so that I can ride it to keep my feet in place while also being useful for everyone else that uses it as well.

Thanks! I built them 1 for safety reasons and 2 I had the little plastic mud guards and everyone likes to use as a steps and it has destroyed my fenders and the support brackets. I just did this today so the wife can have her own pegs. Going on a big ride with the church this weekend so making sure its all ready to go. I put a metal plate behind the step and I welded the existing support bar to it and also added a bar down to the floorboard. Now the fender and the steps are super ridged.
