Yep, Rancher 420s are fuel injected.

they aint to loud are they i know the hmf penland series is loud but sounds so good on a brute but i trail ride and cant have anything too loud but i am looking for the performance..

adam ive looked at the hmf penland series pipe do you know if i have to buy the programmer to?

 

i wouldnt think it was a must but it would deffinetley give u more power. the penland is a good pipe though, its just riders preferance, the swamp series was designed for mudding and underwater stuff.

It doesn't matter what kind of pipe you have, if it's under water and the bike shuts down it's gonna suck in water. Just because it says swamp series doesn't mean it's water proof, or even resistant. And do NOT try and restart a bike with the pipe under water, bad and expensive things will happen. Just my .02

 

i know this the stock pipe does not blow enough water out when its under i can have it hammered and it still sucks it in

 

If you add a pipe without buying a fuel programmer, you stand the chance of running lean which can make bad things happen...

I think you may be taking on water somewhere other than your exhaust. I do not see how an EXHAUST can take in water, there is absolutely no suction through the exhasut while the motor is running.

HMF sells snorkels to add on to their exhaust. HMF Racing / Shop / Swamp Snorkel

 

If you know somebody that can weld you can go to the auto parts store and buythe 1-2ft exhaust tube, 2 90* elbows, and one of those adapters. Weld the adapter to your stocker, then weld the tube and the two elbows together (you know to make a really long S shape) then tou can slip it into the adapter and clamp it on so when your not "going deep" you can take the exhaust snorkel off!

I've been riding at some ATV parks around here lately and the more I ride around them, the more I realize how much I can't stand aftermarket exhaust.

 

I think he only added the muffler.They like the sound.I was pretty sure they needed to jet and /or change the filter...I dont like loud..Thats just my .02....Thanks Guys
