can i use 10w 30 oil in mu honda rancher 350 4x4

i have been looking arround and it says to put 10w30 so i did and i runs good but after riding for 30 minutes i checked the manual and thats says 10w 40 is this ok i put 10w 30 its the Pro Honda GN4 4-Stroke Motor
