Ok so if you where reading my other post about my brakes i ordered all new parts and TRYED to install them today i replaced the rotor and pads but the pads are extremely tight to wear i can push the quad lol someone help me with this problem i really dont ant to take it to the dealer just for them to tell me something dumb lol thanks

I'm assuming you are talking about the 400EX. You're saying after you changed the rear brakes, they're too tight? A sticking piston in the brake caliper could cause that. Also, the caliper might be binding on the pins and not sliding. This is assuming you installed them correctly. I'm sure you probably did, but I will post the procedure just in case.
You need to make sure the piston is completely pushed in to the caliper. I use a big C clamp to do this. I also remove the caliper and unhook the ebrake setup to do this. I think you also have to adjust the ebrake.
