I bought a 2001 Honda ATV Used last year. The registration on the ATV says the Model is a T3M. That makes no sense to me. How do I know if I have a Rancher or a TSX? No Model plate on the frame since the guy who owned it did a major fix up job on the frame and there is nothing there. This should probably make me suspicious but I bought it from an RCMP officer and all the paper work was good on it.

Sending a photo is a good idea, except it is not in a good space to get the photo. All I have is this one. It seems that the TRX350 and Rancher 350 are interchangeable. Sometimes I see on line "TRX 350 Rancher" sometimes just TRX350, or just Rancher. Are they the same machine?

 

Yes same machine. Is yours 4x4? If so it is a trx350fm If it is 2wd it is a trx350tm

 

That’s a 350 Fourtrax as they were called here in Canada. They were called the 350 Rancher in the US.
