honda 450 motor in a honda 350 frame UTILITY

I will be doing this in the next few weeks but will be using a motor from a foreman 400 the 350 is a 99 model and the 400 is a 96 model and I have the motors side by side and they don't look the different really may just have to tweak the motor mounts a little!!
