I'm not familiar with your model so I can't tell you if there are any more or not, do you have a manual if so does it say anything in there

is the battery good when it was rolled if it was an acid battery then you may need a new one
try jumping it off a car battery

When you turn the key on, do you get any flashing lights? Does the -- flash at all? Or maybe the FI light? It may be stuck between a gear, can you use the manual shifter to pop her into neutral? Also, I just noticed that you said you have an FM model, but you say you have a gear display... I thought only the ES models have the LCD dash display? Maybe the 420's are different? Just to be clear, do you have the ES or a footshift model? No fuel prime makes me think that the ecm is seeing an error code somewhere, or the kill switch is in the off position.... Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a half hour and then putting it back in?

Maybe the computer shut everything down when it rolled and needs to be reset, cause if your fuses and lets say a good battery, that's what I think happened. I seen on a video a rally car rolled over it looked like it was totaled, but it couldn't win the race, and the guy hit the key and it started right up. So their shouldn't be anything but the computer not lettin it start.

Now that I think of it there should be a low oil sensor, that shuts it down if there is low to no oil in it, fill the engine with new oil and a filter, see if that does the trick.

Can you shift gears on the foot lever; ignition on, not started & see a difference in the gear display?
This quad is designed to start in neutral, so wont start till you see the N on the gear display unless you bypass the safety by pull in on the front brake lever on the handlebar, then hit the starter.

Does sound like you should check out the kill switch if it was damaged as it stops the ignition & fuel circuit from working. Including the fuel pump.
Also the headlight switch is in that block, so it may be shorting although that would blow fuses, sounds more like you need to check your connections inside the block or at the next wiring harness junction.

Also these quads have a rollover switch (bank angle sensor) which will stop everything, all you should have to do to reset that is turn the ignition off & on & you're good, unless it was a little corroded or gummed up, stuck in the cutoff position & needs cleaning/rebuilding. There is a thread on that, I think it's in repairs & maintenance.
EDIT; here is the service manual to help you solve problems,

Did you get the headlights working?
Have you tried changing gears to see if it is stuck in gear?
Have you tried holding front brake lever in & start engine?
Have you traced the wiring loom from the handlebar back to the next junction with a multimeter to see if there is a short somewhere, or has broken wires, or pulled wires out of the plug?

Footshift models do not have the display. They are just a plain dash with lights for Neutral, oil temp and reverse. Can you post a pic of the model tag on the front frame tube so we can see exactly what you have. What is the history of the bike? Did you buy it rolled or did you own it previously and actually see the display work with the footshift.
