Aftermarket or O.E.M?

I just finished redoing my rear end and new shocks, (big difference on the shocks by the way). And so far I have gone with OEM bearings and seals with the exception of the swing arm, I used a quad boss kit for those.
What does everyone think about aftermarket vs. OEM bearings, ball joints and tie rod ends?
Which brand is best?
I plow all winter and run trails all summer.
Thoughts?

The only time aftermarket is any better then OEM is if you step up to a better quality bearing such as a double rolling bearing carrier or those low friction magnesium bearings that have cylinders instead of balls.

That's the info I picked up from looking around on the net, aftermarket bearings seam to work the same as OEM, and they are cheaper but OEM seams to out last them. What about ball joints and tie rod ends? Are the aftermarket parts beefier? Stronger? I am planning on redoing the front end next, disc brake conversion and a 2 to 4 wheel drive adapter. Maybe a detroit gearless locker, but i haven't decided, the factory system has never let me down. I was going to put the 2-4 conversion on just to save wear and tear.
