Welcome to the forums. Yes, it's a 4-stoke. It holds about 2.2 quarts and make sure you use oil that's safe for wet clutch applications. Most automotive oils contain friction modifiers that will cause the clutch to start slipping. Also, when you change the oil filter, make sure you don't put it in backwards or it will block the oil flow and damage the engine. And no, there's no transmission fluid to change. On that model, the engine oil also lubricates the transmission.

Bolt pattern for the front and rear both, is 4/110.

On the front end being loose, it could be a few things. It could be bad wheel bearings, worn king pins, or worn j-arm bushings or a combination of all of those.

 

And if it's been sitting for 2 years, you will more than likely, have to take the carb off and clean it good. Also, I would rinse the tank out good.

 

Thanks! How do I rinse the tank out though? And at the local gas station, there's ams oil for 4 stroke atvs, will that work? Also is 2.2 quarts the max it holds?

 

I would take the tank off and put a small amount of gas in it and slosh it around and pour it out the top of the tank. I would repeat until it comes out clean.

I don't know anything about the AMS oil, but if it says it's for 4-stroke ATVs, it should be fine. And yes, 2.2 quarts is the max it holds.
