I have checked this thing over 15 times, everything is connected... The first time I even pulled all connectors apart and applied electrical grease to all connectors. so idk, Im at a lost. Next question... CDI? What is it and where is it at? Thanks for the advice.

When you say you applied grease to all connectors did you get grease on the contacts? If so take them all apart and clean the contacts with electrical contact cleaner the grease is non conductive. apply the grease to the seal portion of connector only.
