there are no pics to visualize your bent frame , I wouldn't try to fix what I would consider a bent frame , I would find another frame and swop every thing over

i forgot to mention, my grampa, had one of those thing's mounted on his steering wheel, in his station wagon, to where ya just grab it and turn the steering wheel. still see it on some old tractors.

they still put them on brand new equipment and boats from the factory and they are nice to have , yesterday I was flushing , refilling and bleeding a twin screw , twin helm 45ft boat steering and it was a labor saver having that knob
