Amazing how you can fix about anything with You-Tube videos these days , my latest is my Dodge Ram 1500 a/c , the wife and I were going out to eat Friday night and heard a noise under the dash related to the blower motor and then the air flow went down to almost nothing coming from the vents , my first thought was a napkin or plastic off a cigarette pack or a mouse nest or something got into the blower wheel as I had that happen before on another truck , so after dinner I was on the net looking for how the blower motor came out , and seen a video of how the Dodge plastic recirculating door breaks and falls over the fan output , sure enough after taking the blower out and getting my hand up there I could feel the door broken , the door would not come out the opening , but the video showed to cut to pieces of plastic off the grate that covers the housing and the door came right out and into the garbage can , didn't have to take the dash apart to fix it right , it works fine like it is , the whole thing took about 1/2 hour , I didn't tell the wife and when we went off Sunday , it was blowing her away and she turned it down and realized it was fixed
