ok first off im new to the quad world, bought a 2002 400ex and im kind of going through everything and fixing what the idiot previous owner didnt do.. i bought a new k &n, aluminum box with cover (wet riding) stock header, with either HMF or FMF havent decided yet, probably HMF.
i want to re jet the carb, i know it will help.. which jets should i go with??? also is there a good video of how to? or just youtube it?
again i know this question is asked over and over so thanks for any input

One or two sizes larger than stock if your not more than 2000 feet over sea level. You need to clean the carb anyway so down load a service manual and it will be pointed out in the process. Someone else here can show you how to download the manual.

Ok thanks.. I thought about calling hmf and asking them too.. yeah I would love to have the manual
