anyone familiar with using xtreme brand winch on their machine. they advertise a 2000lb. kit for the 2009 trx fm at a good price. want to know how they compare to other products.

I personaly don't have one but a guy that we ride with does. He has used it quite a bit and as far as I know it does a good job. He's had it about a year.

I got the 2000lb model.. For the price you can't beat it.. Now it's no warn, but it also doesnt come with the warn price tag.. I use mine alot and have had zero problems

I have the xtreme 3500lb on my '07 Rancher and have not had a problem with it. It pulled me out of two places a couple weeks ago and get used regularly around the house and hunting land.

I'm new here and haven't poked around much yet, so if this is a bonehead question please forgive me.

Who is making winch mounts for the '07 Ranchers? I looked into adding a winch to my rig a couple years ago and nobody offered anything at that point. They all said that the radiator clearance and such was too tight to hang a winch off it. I've gotten by without one this long I guess, but it would still be a handy thing to have. Could you point me in the right direction for a quality set up?

i know warn is pricy..but..with that price..comes the lifetime warranty..i don't know if the extreme..or what ever it's called has that kinda warranty..maybe thats why they sell so cheap ?..i'm all for the best...warn !..it speaks for itself.
