Wrist pin and crank

Will a weisco S525 wrist pin fit a stock piston? It's the pin for a weisco piston to fit the recon so i figured it would, but asking anyway. They sell those on ebay, but stoxk one is hard to find.

Also, what other cranks fit the recon?
