Title says it all.
I would rather buy a used Honda, for many reasons.
Used quads are already decently beat up, even the ones in good condition have scratches on them. I know when my brand new 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax got it's first scratch, I was heartbroken. Same thing with my Polaris Sportsman 500HO.
I bought my Honda Rancher used, and I love beating the hell out of it. I'm not afraid to, as I am with my Polaris. The Honda is built to last, so why not take it to the limits? I've rolled my Honda Fourtrax 350 so many times, and it still runs like new. It's a 2004.
I also like the older Hondas better. I have no need for the built in GPS, the heavy price tags, and I find the new ones uncomfortable. I also don't like the clutches in them (420's). The Automatic and Centrifugal in one? What's the need for that?
I only like the new ones for the independant suspension, front and back. Other than that, I love my used Honda.
What about you?
