Hi everyone, my daughters '06 350 es rancher had shifting problems.
I replaced the shift sensor and cranked it to try it out. after running rough
for about a minute, the engine shut off, and now it won't start at all. it's like
the kill switch is flipped or there is no gas. (Both of which i have ruled out.)
any ideas about where i went wrong?

Thanks

I just had an issue with a 02 350 and the kill switch was bad, I just cut the wires to the switch and straight wired it and use the key to turn it on and off. Works now. I would double check things before cutting any wires just to be sure. Welcome to the forums.

Welcome to the forums. I don't really see what could have happened by just replacing a sensor. Maybe you just happened to get another problem at the same time. I would pull the plug wire off and see if it's firing.
