I got a 2001 Honda 250ex in I flipped over a bankment in went in to a crick in all water something is really wrong with my four wheeler is the engine locked up or what I change my spark plug in oil in gas in drainage part

What usually happens is that water gets into the cylinder. Water is not compressible, so you have to remove all water from the engine before any restart is attempted.

when you crank over the engine, the piston becomes hydrolocked—it can bend the rod and crankshaft.
