Hi: #18 is good for 10amps --- #16 is good for 20 amps -- so use #16.

Can anybody tell me the size wire used on a 2016 Foreman 12v accessorie plug?

Hi: That wire is fused with a 20 amp fuse --so use a #16 wireI want to tap into the exsisting wire with a Posi-Tap, I can access it without taking anything apart but want to know the size of the wire to get the right posi-tap.
Hi: Your 2016 Foreman accessory socket 12 volts -- on your bike the accessory socket is fused with 20 amp fuse (ACC F) so the wire on your bike has to be a 16 gauge wire to carry 20 amps through it to the socket.I want to know the size of the stock wires, not what to use.
