I have been lookin for a winch. I was lookin at 2000 and 2500 lbs winches. can a 2000 lb winch pull a new honda foreman out of a really tight spot. I have a warn 2500# on my grizzly 700 and have had no problems. a 2000# will have plenty of power but if you find yourself in deep thick mud often you should go with a 2500#.

I have a Gorilla winch which is now promark, I have sent it back three times! They are very cool with fixing it for free but cost 35 buck's to send it back everytime! I have the 2500. I guess for the price not to bad , but i would save up and get a Warn!

the superwinch XT2000 is a pretty good winch,just put one on my 350 rancher,easy to install,no trouble,a friend of mine has had this one on his '02 660 grizz and has used it to get unstuck quiet alot.
