Where the heck is the drain plug in the rear differential on this bike? took the cover off and i cant find it.
I can't remember for sure, but it will be near the bottom. I believe it's on the back side, but my memory isn't what it used to be. It will just be a regular bolt.

No, it's on the outer side of the diff, near the bottom. I told you my memory wouldn't what it used to be. It is #17 in the diagram below.

Ok- got the oil drained. Now i see most people are using 80w gear oil in the diff's. right? in stead of 10-40w. makes sense .
What about the Front Gear Case, Can i use 80w gear oil in it also?

I believe it should be 80/90 in both differentials. The transfer case I think I've heard of people using either 80/90 or regular 10-40. Someone else with a 4x4 model can maybe answer that for you. :)

Yeah, I laughed out loud when I read the drain plug will be near the bottom.
Yeah, I laughed when I typed it, but I couldn't say it was at the top. LOL. That's the only way I knew how to tell him where it was at. Then, I thought to post a diagram of it.

Yeah, that was pretty funny.

But at least if I hadn't have said it was at the bottom, Fastas would have never known. LMAO.
