So I am looking for M7-1.0 x 150mm bolts and It seems like they are impossible to find. Does anyone know where i can get a set of 4? I can use 1/4-20 x 6" bolts, but they are a little loose in the stator.

This is for a kawasaki generator...hope you guys don't break out the torches and pitchforks!

The bolts that connect the stator (generator head) to the motor.

I usually go to fastenal or tractor supply for specialty bolts like that. Generally if no one has it fastenal can order it for sure.

Thanks, Ranger! I did not even think of fastenal. In my area I have seen that odd size metric bolts are hard to come by. I can get M6 or M8 x 150MM almost anywhere (online), but have not found one M7x150mm. I repaired the 3 point on my tractor with M8 x 90MM all thread and 30mm all thread connectors. Needed like 350mm total so had to daisy chain them together until it was long enough. A piece of M8 all thread that was 50cm would have been fine, but no one stocks that kind of hardware around here. For this genset the daisy chain option is not available as the entire bolt has to fit inside a long hole until the last 10mm or so sticks out the end.
