Can someone tell me where the primer button for a 2001 Rubicon is at? It is very hard starting when it is cold and someone thought there was a primer button.

Do you believe this could help start it easier?

I found this picture online to help you. Its that black knob
Its located on the "drivers side" behind the exhaust

The primer bulb will be on the left side, you'll have to snake your hand in there but one or two pumps it should fire right up.

I found the primer button but it won't start. At first I couldn't even move it and finally I got it to push. I pushed it twice and no go. I wait about an hour and push it 2 more time and felt gas so I suppose it is flooded now.

I would mess up anything. I just wasn't sure if I was even priming it because it didn't feel like it. Well thanks for the help I really do appreciate it very much.

Pull your plug out and torch it, then torch the cylinder, dries it right up.
