Honda is 4X110
Yamaha is 4x110
Looks like it would work unless the off set is different and front and rear sizes on 4X4 wont work with the gearing of one another

The offset is different, the Grizzly has independent rear suspension and the Fourtrax 300 has a straight rear axle.

what does that mean exactly??? so it wouldnt work???
They use wheels with different offsets. The front would probably work, but the rear would be tucked way in under the fenders and would probably rub on the muffler.
