I have noticed a wobbling in my tires and I think it is the reason I am hearing some noises while driving. I have tried taking the tire off and tightening the hub nut, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix this or if the problem is something I am overlooking.

looks like your wheel bearings are shot and when you take it apart you will maybe find the knuckle is worn and bearing loose in bore

It looks like it's quite the chore to fix. Might be time to take it to a proper mechanic.

sorry to high jack your post or open up a old thread but could find any thing
2013 420 rear IRS ..
but does this mean i have to change the rear diff bearings or would it be the drive axles.
There is no play in the boots itself...
you can see at the beginning of the video .
Had to record it again cause of wrong file 3PG

I agree with Fishfiles, you have front bearing problems. To see if this is too complex or something you can handle, download the manual here and take a look. If you are going to tackle this project, then I would do both front bearings and fully service front differential while in there.
