I would think they would be but the only thing I didn't see in the description was the races for the bearings. I would ask. also most of the time our bearings are sealed bearings these aren't so you know water will find it's way in. I would think repacking will be necessary more often.

I didn't think about having to repack more often. I would have to repack after every ride especially my ridding conditions.
