I have a 2009 honda foreman rubicon 500, and it used to have nothing wrong with it but I let it sit in my shop for so long that I had to adjust the carburetor. other than that it has been fine.but I have run into an issue that when I am riding the gas will go down to 2 bars left so I ride until it gets to one bar. After that I will fill it up with more gas. But now it will go down to only 2 bars so i will ride but it runs out of gas but it gives me no warning so...

With no blinking to warn you there is a fuel issue I would suspect a wiring issue with the fuel sending unit. Check the wiring to be sure a mouse hasn't been snacking and clean the connections. If that doesn't fix the problem you may have to replace the unit. I'm not sure if it can be cleaned. Hopefully, someone else will jump in and tell you.

I hope by "adjusting" the carb you meant you cleaned it thoroughly. Also, clean the fuel tank and fuel line.
