I actually just found a nice 2002 honda 400ex for 1800$ I think i might just spend the extra 300 for this since its 4 stroke and bigger in size. heres the post
I have a 02 Honda 400ex that is in excellent condition. It has a full yosh exhaust, KN filter, DG front bumper, Renthal bars, new battery, new front tires, oil changed, title in hand, great quad $1800 OBO

This sounds really nice and the picture shows its in really good condition. do u guys think this is a better deal? and is this one faster?

I would go with the 400EX. You just can't beat a Honda. I've never owned a Blaster, so I don't really know which is faster, but I would say you would be happy with the 400EX.
