Hello.

I own a Rancher 350 and I want a little more power, and obviously a bit of a louder quad as well. I found 3 pipes so far. FMF, HMF, and a ProCircuit. All 3 seem pretty well. They all look to have a good popularity so I'm not sure.

I want the power, but I also want the noise. I love loud things, so I need from experience riders like you to tell me which has the most power but is also loud.

Here's a link for all 3.

FMF:
Products - ATV - FMF Racing

HMF:
HMF Racing / Shop / Pipes / Honda / Rancher 350 (00-06)
(Performance Series)

ProCircuit:
T-4 Slip-Ons/ATVs Honda - ATV/Utility T-4 Slip-ons - procircuit.com

Now I have a question about carburetor kits. Do I need one of I buy a pipe? HMF offers once, but I would have to adjust the needle to about 2000ft+. It's set at 900ft right now. Do I need to buy one for the other pipes? I couldn't find any so I'm not sure. What happens if I don't get one?

Do I need a new air filter as well?

Thanks.

HMF is your best bet.As for (carb kit) is your quad fuel injection or carbuerator? If it's a carb you'll need a jet kit if it's fuel injection you will need a fuel programer.

The 350 Rancher has a carb, so he'll need the jet kit.

Carb, as Helmut said. (Thanks).

And I know HMF is all deep tone. Is it louder than ProCircuit or FMF? I mainly do trails in the Rocky Mountains so I'm not concerned about noise. My friend has a Bruteforce 700 and I'm sure it's louder than most.

Thanks.

Also, can I adjust the needle? The one on the HMF site said it was set for 900ft. I need for higher altitudes..way higher.

Well you could buy the whole thing from them if you want but jetting isn't hard once you've tried it a bit.If you go that route and have any question feel free to ask.
