The link doesn't go to the parts microfiche for your ATV. It just goes to the start page where you put in the year and kind of ATV.

ok I see that sorry wont let me paste link or copy image either if you want put in my bike and got to handle switch and lever and you will see the pigtail that is comming out of the wire going into the switch

What color are the wires? Im going to say its your clutch switch if they are Green and Yellow/green

AHHHHHHH I bet someone had a kill switch wired into it. My buddy wired his 400EX in up there.

I'd say you are right, because to bypass the clutch switch you would need to have the wires wired together, not cut.

ok one is green and the other is yellow with green stripe and they are both inside a wire nt and taped
If they are wired together in a wire nut, then someone has bypassed the clutch switch. The clutch switch probably went bad.

So i should just leave them be the diagram shows it not hooked to anything right?
The diagram shows it running through the clutch switch, but the clutch switch probably went bad and someone bypassed it.

ok thanks what does the clutch switch do?
The clutch switch just lets you start the ATV in gear by pulling in the clutch. When it goes bad, you can't pull in the clutch and start it in gear, so they have bypassed it. If someone hadn't bypassed it, then you would have to put it in neutral to start it or replace the clutch switch, either one.

ADDED: It's a safety feature.
