I have never compared weights before , I have some ITP Mudlites and Swamplites , they are light , for general riding the Mudlites do very well for my type of soil conditions , the Swamplites are a little more aggressive

4 ply kenda bear claws would be a worthy mention. As for ‘the lightest’, you’d have to do a comparison search or get in touch with a sales representative I suppose.

What are the lightest 25” tires
Since you have the Rancher 400AT, you may want to consider putting 12" rear rims on it to give yourself a wider choice of tires.

Also, stock '01-'14 Rubicon rims are 12", the correct offset, and VERY lightweight (aluminum), if you can find a used set in your area, or ebay.

I was told that the Maxxis Zillas are one of the lightest tires made.

Yes, 8,9,10,11 & 12” wide are all available, some brands may vary but usually those widths are a common size. Personally I would stick to 8 or 9” on the front and use 10 to 12” on the rear.

Anything other than a 24-8-12 so I can use my rear rims? Like a 24-10-12?
Not sure what you are getting at with this question. Just spend some time on rmatvmc.com or motosport.com and you'll see the crazy amount of sizes available for 12" rims.
