I have 1986 trx 350. checking oil today it looked like I have been getting some water in my oil. I have been driving through a lot of water this last fall non of it over 6 to 8 in. deep. both differentials show no water in them. any ideas how I could get water in engine oil. looks like way to much for condensation.

8 inches is pretty deep. if your running stock tires ?, then 8 inches is just enough to drain into lower crank cases from the breather tube. any water in air box ?, if there is/was ?, then water can flow down through the air box, into carb, into intake valve side of head/cylinder.

I think vanilla is from more water and harder to flush than chocolate , vanilla creates a buttery icing that gets all over the oil/water line and isn't easy to flush out -------- it is not the water that is the problem , it is the sand /grit /dirt that is in the water ----flushing it out is a hit and miss thing , sometimes it will survive , sometimes it survives but starts the downward spiral , and sometimes it is just doomed
