I always wash mine at a car wash with stuff called super soap. It makes it shine like brandnew. Cant beat pressure wash with soap added right to it. I havent been able to figure out how to add the soap directly to my pressure washer. And for some odd reason nothing works as good.

I use a foam cannon on our show cars. When you wash with a sponge you are picking up dirt and scratching your paint. They work so amazing and extremely easy to set up for stupider people like me. Worth every penny

Get my new quad Friday What is best long term to wash it with ? Simple green, purple power? Or like a foam cannon Keeping in mind whats going to be best on it long term !
Great tips on cleaning, but you can also do a few things on the front end to make cleaning easier. That is, you can spray the underneath (not the engine or muffler) with Baby Oil. Baby Oil will put a light film on surfaces reducing adhesion of mud to components, a trick used in many dirt track cars.... More expensive, but equally as effective is SC1 and sure you could google to find other options.

You can add a soap injector to most units, downstream injectors put soap in the line before the pump, and there are also high pressure injectors that can be installed where the hp hose connects to the outlet. Both should be under 20 bucks.

And for soap, I use an industrial soap from Hotsy, it's called carbonate, that stuff works awesome on everything, from engine degreasing to white letter tires on cars, the soap eats oil and grime with ease....

I love purple power but, be careful. It removed the gloss from the frame of my Pioneer 700.
