Hi everyone I'm newbe to ATV's First ATV is 1997 TRX300FW. On its 2nd. time out my son said when going up hill it started rolling back. He got it to bottom of hill put it in gear and got it back to road. Then it stop moving. No forward or reverse just didn't move. Saw clutch adj. and lock nut rounded off.Pulled right side cover and repaired adj.screw good enough to see if that was the truoble.Haynes manual shows washer on both ends of clutch lever.There wasn't a washer on engine side of lever and don't see one in parts brake down. Should there be a washer on engine side of lever? Allso no washer on engine end of reverse lock mechanism. Should there be one? If there is whats size or part number? Good news is put back together with old seals and gaskets leaks oil but goes in gear and shifts great. Will replace seals,gaskets and clutch adj.next weekend if they come in. Hopeing to have washer answer so I can get them installed too.Thanks in advance

There should be one washer on the side cover side (outside).

Allso no washer on engine end of reverse lock mechanism. Should there be one?

No, just on the outside near the side cover, like on the clutch lever.
