Wanted: Warn 424 for 91 300

I'm looking for a possible source, or lead, for a Warn 424 for my 1991 300. This is an old machine, but super useful on my farm. I don't 4 wheel all the time and it's impossible to drive/steer on wet pasture grass, or like now with snow. Thanks
