i can tell you this..no one in thier right mind grinds a vin # off..unless it's stolen !!..i'd stay clear of it for sure.looked at an 07 honda 400ex the number on the flat piece metal frame behind front bumper just below headlite was grounded off... didnt know enough to look elsewhere for vin # and no title available.your thoughts...
Yep, there would be no other reason to grind it off. Whether it's really stolen or not, if you get checked by the police, it will be considered stolen anyway.
