invert the colors and you can read it easier. The vin has been scraped and restamped.
You need to use paint thinner and a credit card and clean the surface better. You'll get down to the stamp of either the top or bottom. If that fails use light sanding with some 800 grit or more sand paper so you don't damage the stamp.
Just a quick look seems like it says 1HFTE35G(maybe 0 instead of G)25410677, but it isn't correct. Thats close though. There is a digit missing.
