It's not hard, but you will have to take the head off and you will probably need a valve spring compressor tool to compress the springs and put the cotters (keepers) back in place.
Valve Seals?
I have a leaky valve seal how hard is it to replace them? its an 87 TRX250x

And don't turn the springs backwards when you reinstall them.
