It's not hard, but you will have to take the head off and you will probably need a valve spring compressor tool to compress the springs and put the cotters (keepers) back in place.

nope..not hard..but..what makes you think it's your seals ??..it could be your rings ??..or both !..is it smoking alot ???.

piece of cake. just buy the Wiseco top end gasket set it will have everything you need.

And don't turn the springs backwards when you reinstall them.

I fugure its the seals cause i had the head pipe off the other day to do some exhaust work on it and took a peek in the motor and one valve looks nice and normal and the over is completely gunked up and nasty looking plus it likes to smoke prety good.

This is for sure ^^^^^ make sure the inner spring and outer spring are installed with the tightly wound coils toward the piston.

well...if it smokes alot..and you got alot of build up on one of your valves..i would say it's time for new rings..like trx said..time for a new top end job..and new rings..this will take care of all your top end problems. not to mention..no more smoking..lol.
