im rebuilding to 200x motor that came with my bike any ideas to beef this thing up its all stock i have to tear it down and rebuid it i want to do it right

Check www.poweroll.com , but boring, dome-top piston a good cam larger carb say off of a 250X or 300EX would be a good start. Decent Exhaust too

naah i would bore it smallest you can go cuse if u would bore it as high as u can go it will last maby 3 years then ull be changeing pistons an stuff cuz comp goes low but i would buy off ofwww.motosport.com wiseco pistons are excellent r jciracing.com u can get a 300ex 330cc big bor kit for only 250$..but any way i would agree with the other comments later that r some great ideas

He want's to beef it up...in order to achieve this boring the cylinder and increasing the piston size would be a necessary factor in his equasion. along with carb, headwork, exhaust, and cam. invrease the volume of the cylinder + a better flowing head + more valve opening (bigger cam) = more power.
