Head and valve covers all checked. Decided to use 1980-1981 ATC185 / ATC200. People most of time don't ever really open them up or build up pull start motors. Now I can get a manual decompression for a kick start 200x. I'll clean it a bit more but I removed all gaskets, chased all threaded holes. Scotch brited all surfaces. Still think underside of Head should be fly cut to clean up surface maybe. 002-.005". Head guy can decide. Needs new seals, seats prob need recut after atleast 21 years. It could be as old as 37. I trust nothing. Valves should be fine after recutting. I have 1 more day left to mess with it. I spend 2.5 hour tonight from checking to ready til now. Prob need another 15 mins and I'll call it a day. It's a total disassembly job next.

New foot pedal....so we have trx200sx 1st, atc200s 2nd, trx300ex 3rd...next we gonna cut all up and see which we like the best. All require me to turn new end to pivot on foot peg area. Bronze T-hat bushing will be made, grease fitting and new metal for all to fit in...then weld on my pedal of choice.

Trx200sx longest. Atc200s and trx300ex shortest with new extention for master cylinder. The foot pedal on motor

I love how you use whats at hand like the bottle of liquid holding down the kicky kicky. As nice as that foot peg is I'm thinking you are going to upgrade the shifter.
Youre doing a great job! Keep up the good work!
