Trx680fa

I have a 2015 TRX680FA. Runs great till it gets hot. When it gets hot the check engine light flashes 1 long 1 short blink. The 4x4 and gear position light also flash at that same speed. Took it to the dealership and they replaced both speed sensors...didnt help. Anyone have any idea what this might be?

Idk much about these but what do you mean by hot?
After warmup or casual riding, climbing a trail or pulling a trailer hot?
