I am looking for a god step by step to work with. I have adjusted the tighrods twice and have had the same result after a short period of time. Machine grabs and tries to turn. Any answers would be appreciated. NEWBE HERE!!

sounds like a break issue if it goes straight for a while and then starts pulling to one side or the other.

Agreed ^^^^ jack up the front apply the brakes and release them turn the wheels by hand and see if the one thats pulling is sticking. you probably have dirt and grime buildt up in the drum hardware, but i don't know your riding habits so thats a guess

Yup thats a separate twitter-style site built with Laconica, an open-source platform for microblogging.

I think this tutorial is a little different, and since you read it too youll see it is a front-end app for twitter itself. Though, could probably be applied to Laconica, but why?
