hello hoping to find some insight on this issue. have 2008 trx420fe and when riding and turn to the left engine will cut off. so I removed the front rack and fender and then would occasionally cut off driving straight. closer inspection while running if you grab the main harness on right hand side and move it the bike/fuel pump power ( Brown wire ) would lose power.tracing wire back up to main harness wrap the Brown wire had a place that it felt/appeared broken and repaired it. although now no power at all.when going back to the fuel relay it has power on the 2 black/green wires. I assume the relay is missing a ground signal for the fuel pump and engine start relay. any insight would be appreciated.

on another note this same 2008 trx420fe had a similar problem 12-15 months ago that I repaired by replacing the harness. I hope this isn't a repeat issue.

Its probably corrosion in harness connectors due to water getting inside them. Ya gotta dielectric grease every one of them after cleaning the pins and sockets good. That requires a teardown.
