Best air filter I can get to improve power.

Not going to get anymore hp just from an air filter. The air filter is not the limiting factor on these. The most limiting factor is the 2 valve & push-rod intake and exhaust system. You can only flow so much fuel/air and exhaust through that. Then you have an air cooled, relatively low compression engine. You have a dual layer foam air filter very similar to what a 60hp CRF450R runs. And even in that the foam air filter is not the limiting factor.

Did you do the carb mods? Cut the spring, drill the slide hole a little bigger, & set the air/fuel mixture richer?

I've done that to a couple of those, & just used the stock air filter. The difference was very noticeable including driving more in a higher gear over lower speed terrain instead of having to rev the motor more to get any power out of it.
