Are you talking about the oil drain plug or oil pump check bolt? No oil will come out of the oil pump check bolt unless you follow the check proceedure. Now if no oil came out the drain plug thats a big problem.
Only real way to force oil in the crank case would be through the valve cover. Which would have to be pulled off. Which requires removal of the gas tank and a few other things. Unless the lines or filter is clogged any oil you put in the tank will be drawn into the engine when it starts and the oil pump starts pumping.
These engines have one of the weirdest oil level check proceedures of any i have seen. If you pull the dipstick out when its not been run for alittle while it will read way low or none at all on the stick. You have to start the quad and let it warm up at idle without revving to properly check the oil level.
