welcome to the forums. yep, I know how every part goes back in. please down load the service manual, so YOU will know how it goes back in ???!!. In the mean time, the bearing cage fits inside the square metal plate that has 4 bolts and springs , this is your change clutch, next goes the bearing inside the bearing holder in the center, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WORDS '' THIS SIDE OUT '' ?, if must face outwards from the clutch. next goes the bearing inside the bearing holder, next, install the round metal part, that has the fork attached to it, round part installs inside the bearing with the forks facing out, and down, now grease the outside of the forked area that has 3 indents for the 3 balls that have the spring, place the part with 3 balls and the spring, inside the fork area with the indents, with the spring facing inwards, now your change clutch arm that has the small well goes in, and under the fork area, be careful not to knock these parts off when installing the cover back on ?, and make sure you tighten down the cover bolts in a criss cross pattern SLOWLY !!. that's all there is to it.Hi,
Pulled front cover off trx250 to do chains and all this fell out anybody know how it goes back?
yeah, I've had a lot of them fall out, they are just pressed in with little effort, nothing holds them in very tight ?, see them come out all the timeYou'll need to download a service manual.. that bearing fell out too??

Gotcha, never had one fall out... but I haven't done as many as you have.. surprised me to see it in the mix..

could be both ?, start with adjusting the clutch first. are you running atv oil in it ?, or reg auto oil ?, it must have atv oil, which is designed for wet clutches.Gotcha, never had one fall out... but I haven't done as many as you have.. surprised me to see it in the mix..

On another note clutch started slipping a lot, would that be the adjustment or just change clutch plates worn?
