Hi all from the UK.

I ahve just boughta 2015 420 TRX ( Rancher) which is great, however the right hand fender wont fit properly. Basically the hole wont line up with rack so someone previously has drilled a hole to the left of the main hole to make it all fit together.

I thought maybe the quad was bent but everything lines up.

I can only imagine that someone has fitted a slightly different front fender i.e a fender from a 500 ?

Would anyone know if these 420 and 500 fenders are different ?

Welcome to the board.

The 420 and 500 have different part numbers. I'm guessing the front rack is different so if that were the case the holes for the rack supports would be in different places.

Thanks, got to the bottom of it.

I can confirm the 420 and 500 have different fenders and part number and this was the issue !!
